Zadar is richer for a new gastronomic destination that brings a touch of world culinary trends to the Croatian coast. Fenix, the restaurant of the luxury hotel Hyatt Regency Zadar, opened its doors a few months ago and offers a unique fusion of flavors inspired by Asian and South American influences, all wrapped in an elegant space. As they point out, they offer a special gastro concept, as well as a rich selection of dishes with a dynamic atmosphere and professional service.
"Fenix belongs to the category of lifestyle restaurants intended for guests who appreciate a special experience, aesthetics, and moments spent in an inspiring environment. At Fenix, lovers of gastronomy and urban entertainment meet - through a fusion of Asian and South American flavors, a vibrant tropical ambiance, and DJ sets that set trends in the world of entertainment," says the team from the new Zadar restaurant, continuing: "Fenix is not just a restaurant - it is an experience. The emphasis here, as they explained, will be on sharing dishes from modern Asian and South American cuisine and enjoying food together, as well as openness, a relaxed atmosphere, and unobtrusive elegance.
The menu will include, among others, sea bass ceviche, homemade tarama spread made from fish roe with bottarga, Solterito salad prepared Peruvian style, tiger prawns in tempura, shrimp toast, duck wontons, bao buns with lamb ribs, and, for example, crispy fried fish in Pattaya style. The use of fresh local and seasonal ingredients - they add - forms the basis of Fenix‘s kitchen philosophy, and the enjoyment of top gastronomy is further enhanced by signature cocktails, carefully selected local and foreign wines, and meticulously crafted desserts.
